Order Processing
In-Stock Pieces
All in-stock orders are carefully prepared by our team:
- Order confirmation within 1 – 2 business days
- Warehouse processing within 5 – 7 business days
- Once dispatched, your order proceeds to the delivery phase
Pre-Order Collections
Our pre-order pieces are crafted and sourced with intention.
- Estimated lead time: 12 – 14 weeks (unless otherwise specified)
- Includes production, arrival at our Vancouver warehouse, and final processing
- Once received, orders are prepared and shipped with the same level of care as in-stock items
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, with updates provided as your order progresses.
