What mattress sizes does the Nestle accommodate?
The Nestle Wall Bed is available in Twin and Double configurations and is designed for standard North American mattress dimensions.

What is the recommended mattress thickness?
The maximum recommended mattress thickness is 8".

What is the maximum mattress weight?
The maximum mattress weight is 60 lbs for Twin and 100 lbs for Double.

What operating clearance is required?
Allow a minimum of 45" for the Twin and 60 3/4" for the Double of unobstructed floor space in front of the unit when fully opened. Additional clearance is recommended for comfortable access and circulation.

Is storage included with the Nestle Wall Bed?
No. Compatible DUO Concepts modular storage and upper cabinets are available separately, allowing the Nestle configuration to be customized according to the space.

Can modular storage be added later?
Yes. Modular storage from our M-Series and Upper Storage U-Series can be added after installation, provided there is adequate space for the selected storage configuration.

Is wall anchoring required?
Yes. The Nestle Wall Bed must be securely anchored to the wall for safe and proper operation.

What types of walls can it be installed on?
The Nestle can be installed on wood-stud, steel-stud, concrete, and brick/masonry walls when the appropriate anchoring system is used.
