Thank you for purchasing a DUO CONCEPTS wall bed system. We are committed to providing the highest quality products, and we offer this limited warranty to ensure that your investment remains protected. Please read the following warranty terms and conditions carefully.
Warranty Coverage
DUO CONCEPTS provides a 3-Year Limited Warranty on our wall bed systems. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the following components:
- Wall Bed Mechanism: The lifting mechanism (springs, pistons, or hardware) is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the original date of purchase.
- Bed Frame and Structure: The bed frame, cabinetry, and structural components are warranted for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship.

Additional Components: Hardware, support legs, and any other functional components of the bed are covered by the 5-year limited warranty.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered by this limited warranty: - Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal aging, such as surface scratches, dents, scuffs, or discoloration from regular use.
- Misuse or Abuse: Any damage caused by improper use, overloading, neglect, or any alteration of the product is not covered.
- Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, installation not in accordance with DUO CONCEPTS' guidelines, or failure to use recommended tools and techniques will void the warranty.
- Commercial Use: This warranty is intended for residential use only. Products used in commercial or non-residential settings are not covered.
- Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, or earthquakes is not covered.
Conditions of Warranty
This limited warranty is valid only under the following conditions:
- Original Purchaser: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the wall bed system from DUO CONCEPTS or an authorized dealer.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or invoice) must be provided when making a warranty claim.
- Proper Installation: The wall bed must be installed in accordance with the instructions provided by DUO CONCEPTS. We recommend professional installation to ensure proper functioning and to maintain warranty coverage.
Making a Warranty Claim

- A description of the issue or defect.
- Proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice).
- Photos or video showing the defect or damage.
Our team will assess your claim and determine if the issue falls under warranty coverage. If it is determined that your claim is valid, DUO CONCEPTS will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective part(s),
- Provide replacement part(s),
- Or, in some cases, replace the entire unit if a repair is not feasible.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Labor Costs: The warranty does not cover any labor costs for the removal, installation, or reinstallation of the wall bed system or any parts thereof.
- Incidental or Consequential Damages: DUO CONCEPTS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the wall bed system.
- Custom Modifications: Any custom alterations or modifications to the bed that are not approved by DUO CONCEPTS will void the warranty.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty for DUO CONCEPTS wall bed systems and is provided in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

DUO CONCEPTS provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty on Foam and a 1-Year Limited Warranty on Upholstery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to the following components:
- Foam Cushions (2 Years): Covered against defects such as excessive sagging or loss of structural integrity beyond normal wear.
- Upholstery (1 Year): Fabric or leather upholstery is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects, including seam splitting or tearing under normal residential use.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Includes minor fading, softening of cushions, slight pilling of fabric, or general aging of materials.
- Damage from Misuse: Includes improper care, spills, pet damage, negligence, or accidents such as cuts, burns, or stains.
- Commercial Use: This warranty is for residential use only. Sofas used in commercial settings are not covered.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by fire, water, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper storage.

DUO CONCEPTS provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty on Mechanisms and a 1-Year Limited Warranty on Material Boards, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to the following components:
- Mechanisms (2 Years): Includes hardware, hinges, tracks, and extension mechanisms. Covered against defects such as breakage, failure, or malfunction under normal use.

Material Boards (1 Year): The structural panels, tabletops, and shelving are covered against defects such as warping, cracking, or splitting under normal use.
What Is Covered - Sun Damage Protection: Casegoods are finished with protective coatings to resist sun exposure. However, minor fading over time due to prolonged direct sunlight is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
- Wood Products: Natural wood and veneer variations, such as grain differences or slight color changes over time, are part of the wood’s natural aging process and are not considered defects.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Includes minor surface scratches, slight fading, or natural expansion/contraction of wood due to temperature and humidity changes.
- Misuse or Improper Care: Damage caused by spills, harsh chemicals, excessive weight, or improper maintenance.
- Commercial Use: This warranty is for residential use only. Casegoods used in commercial settings are not covered.
- Accidental Damage: Includes fire, water damage, impact damage, or modifications made to the product.
