Order Processing
In-Stock Pieces
All in-stock orders are carefully prepared by our team:
- Order confirmation is completed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are then processed through our warehouse within 5–7 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, it will proceed to the delivery phase outlined below.
Pre-Order Collections
Our pre-order pieces are crafted and sourced with intention.
- Estimated lead time: 12–14 weeks, unless otherwise specified
- This timeline includes production, arrival at our Vancouver warehouse, and final processing
Once your item arrives, it will be prepared and shipped with the same level of care as our in-stock orders.
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your pre-order, with additional updates provided as your order progresses.
